Will Power! Have you ever felt like you needed more of it! Is there something in your life that you know you “need” to be doing, but you aren’t doing it?
This is something all of us have struggled with at some point in our lives. So how do you get more will power? The key is to change your focus on what you think and say. Whenever we are saying that we “need more will power” our brain is focusing on all the obstacles and all the things that we aren’t doing. When we give that all of our focus that actually gets even bigger. We are making a mountain out of a molehill!
Instead we need to create and focus on “pull power!” That means we need to identify the actual OUTCOMES that we want. We need to get clear the results that we are looking for and put all of our attention there.
Once we are clear on the outcomes that we want, we then must attach all the REASONS that we want to achieve that outcome. It is those reasons that create motivation for us to do what we need to do.
